New booking policy
Your appointments and convenience are of the high importance to us. We realise that at times unexpected circumstances may require schedule adjustments.
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment we respectfully require a minimum of 24 hours notice. Failure to do so will now incur a charge of 50% of the treatment fee.
We will now send a text reminder 48 hours prior to your treatment time.
Your appointments, therapist time and space has been held specially for you, please give the opportunity for someone else to use it if you need to change this time.
